To All Grant Professionals Great and Greater! Come and join the Southeast-Texas Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association's Regional Conference - “Writing to Win: Strategies for Creating Strong Grant Proposals” Mingle, laugh, and learn from your fellow grant professionals and our incredible speakers including Cheryl Kester, CFRE, Principal of The Kester Group and co-author of "Writing to Win Federal Grants: A Must Have for Your Fundraising Toolbox". Cheryl has more than 30 years experience in the non-profit sector and has been a grants professional since 1999. She is an engaging speaker and has presented many informative workshops at the National GPA Conferences.
Mike Hagan, Principal of Marketing & More Consulting, will be presenting "Telling Your Story: Stories that build support and Raise More Money". Mike has over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, promotion, and market research. Mike has supervised the development and roll-out of campaigns like “The YMCA, It’s a Great Place to Be” and the “The YMCA, Where Values Are Always in Play” resulting in significant increases in donations and members as well as Coca-Cola’s regional campaign “Coca-Cola Texas-Home of the Real Thing”.
We will be having a welcome reception with refreshments and a light breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided. Register before March 23rd to get the early-bird rates!
