How can you assure the funder – and the people you serve – that the program is having its intended effect? And how will you maintain the program after the grant period ends? Join us for a discussion about developing and carrying out an Evaluation Plan that goes further than counting attendees, as well as a Sustainability Plan that is stronger than “Get more grants.” Crafting these two elements will strengthen your proposal as well as your grant management plan.
