GPA's Annual Conference

The Grant Professional Association invites you to join a distinguished group of experts who will be presenting sessions a the 2019 Annual Conference, November 9 to 9, 2019 in Washington, DC.
It is critical that you follow all of the application instructions carefully and provide as much detail about the content of your proposed session as possible. Incomplete applications are discarded and not reviewed. All references are checked for speakers so please obtain permission and accurate email and phone contact information and notify them to expect to be contacted.
All applications must be submitted electronically through our online application powered by ZoomGrants. No paper applications will be accepted. You may submit more than one application, but submit only one session proposal per application. You will have to create a login for the ZoomGrants system but this allows you to login and review you application, complete the application at a later date or submit a second application. Your application is saved automatically as you are working. You will receive an email upon submission of the application from which you can print or save your proposal. If you wish to complete a second application, you may do so by clicking on Open Programs and then clicking Apply Again. The portal will close on Friday, February 15, 2019 at midnight.  No late proposals will be accepted.

GPA strongly encourages all respondents to begin the application process early.  Every effort is made to provide timely technical assistance.  However, respondents who encounter unforeseen problems will NOT receive an extension to apply.
