Volunteer Relations Program - Fall 2016

It's hard to believe that another year is almost over! Here at HQ we have already started thinking about what our committees, SIGs, etc…will look like for the next year.

Now is the time to start thinking if you would like to continue in your current role, take on a leadership position within your committee, or if it's time to look for something new. More information will be coming in an email before the end of the year asking each of you about your commitment.

We have successfully hosted four chapter leadership webinars this year. In August, everyone got an opportunity to meet our new Chapter Relations Manager, Michael Logan. If you are going to be at the annual conference don't miss our Chapter Leadership Pre-Conference on Wednesday afternoon, November 9th from 1:00-4:30 pm. Contact Michael Logan (Michael_logan@grantprofessionals.org) for more information.

If you are planning to attend the annual conference in Atlanta, we would love your help. We have volunteer opportunities throughout the conference and need volunteers to serve as Session Hosts, volunteer at the GPA Registration Desk and more.  Let me know if you are interested.

Should you have any questions on volunteering or wish to volunteer with GPA, please don't hesitate to contact me at barb@grantprofessionals.org or 913-788-3000.

Thanks again for all you do!
